Kevin Connor
President

An experienced General Manager and CEO who has benefited from assignments with leading Consumer Packaged Foods Companies in the U.S.

Prior to acquiring American Sales & Marketing, Mr. Connor was General Manager of Chiquita Brands from 1988 to 1993.American Sales and Marketing, Food Brokers, Club Stores, Sam's, Costco, WalMart At Chiquita he was responsible for the dramatic business growth in both the Consumer Packaged Goods Division and Processed Fruit Division (worldwide fruit ingredient business). The growth of these businesses were essentially start-ups. Prior to Chiquita, Mr. Connor was Senior Vice President of ConAgra (1986-1988), where he was responsible for the implementation of the acquisition and development of such brands as Armour, Patio, Chun King and Morton. He also headed up Healthy Choice product development and packaging team. Earlier in Mr. Connor's career he was President of Sunline Brands (1984-1985) and General Manager of H.J. Heinz (Weight Watcher Brand from 1978-1984). He also held marketing positions at Borden and Drackett. Most recently and beginning in 1994, Mr. Connor acquired American Sales & Marketing where he assembled an organization to market and sell food products nationally.

Mr. Connor's background specialties have been enhanced by numerous seminars including New Products, Sales and Marketing, Management, Licensing and the Harvard Business School Negotiation Program. Recently he was appointed to Miami University's Advisory Board. He also is an Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship at Miami U.

Mike Gangel
Senior Vice President of Sales

Thirty-two years of experience in sales and marketing in consumer product development. Fourteen years of increasing responsibility at the Dial Corporation and most recently spent eight years with ConAgra Frozen Foods as Senior Sales Manager for Special Markets. Responsibilities include vendor management and sales to seven of nine Costco regions.

Nancy Connor
Chief Financial Officer
Fifteen years experience in financial management including all accounting functions such as payroll, data analysis, cost control, 401K, P&L, commission reconciliation, forecasting, credit, and collections.
Cheryl Gissiner
Vice President of Sales
Twenty-five years experience in administrative management, sales, customer service, and marketing support. Responsibilities include vendor management and sales to select Costco regions, Target, Wal-Mart, and Sam's, as well as sales data analysis, marketing coordination, deduction management, forecasting, and inventory issues.
Melissa Hughes
Vice President of Sales
Twenty-three years experience in the retail and club industry. Fifteen years with Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. which included six years as a buyer for Sam's Club. Most recently spent four years as Account Manager to Wal-Mart and Sam's, as well as sales analysis, forecasting, order analysis, and inventory management.
Gwenn Seibert
Customer Service Manager
Responsible for order entry, customer service and office management.
