Experienced General Manager and CEO who created global successes with leading Consumer Packaged Foods Companies over the last 40 years. Prior to acquiring American Sales & Marketing in 1994, Kevin was General Manager of Chiquita Brands from 1988 to 1993. At Chiquita he was responsible for the exceptional business growth model in both the Consumer Packaged Goods Division and Processed Fruit Division (worldwide fruit ingredient business). Prior to Chiquita, Kevin was Senior Vice President of ConAgra (1986-1988), where he was responsible for the implementation of the acquisition and development of such brands as Armour, Patio, Chun King and Morton. He also headed up Healthy Choice product development and packaging team. Earlier in his career he was President of Sunline Brands (1984-1985) and General Manager of H.J. Heinz (Weight Watcher Brand from 1978-1984). in addition to holding senior marketing positions at Borden and Drackett.

Nicole is responsible for New Business Development and Sales Management of our Principals in Club and Retail Grocery Channels, Brand and Product Development, Trade Spend Management and Budget Forecasting. Previously, Nicole managed a $10MM+ sales territory for TheKnot.com (XOXO) hiring, inspiring and developing a team of nine territory sales managers. She is experienced in publishing, copy writing, advertising sales in print and digital platforms as well as operations during her Sales Director years with Gannett/USA Today and Knight Ridder.
